Why another church in La Mesa?
Real simple. There are a large number of people in this area from all ages and backgrounds who are unconnected to a local church and have yet to personally consider the difference Jesus Christ makes in a person’s life. Some people have little or no church background at all. And some people have had negative experiences with the church and need a place to start again. Sometimes life does a number on us and we just need a place to start over. Whatever is YOUR story, Legacy Church is a place to begin your spiritual life afresh.

Early History

We were a brand new start-up church which began in August 2007. We started meeting in a community center at a mobile home park in Lakeside, CA. The initial launch team began to quickly grow in number, so we moved to a bigger facility. For the next two months we met in an industrial park in El Cajon where we began worship services and a children’s ministry. Our number keeps growing and today, Legacy Church meets at two locations – La Mesa Springs. 8076 La Mesa Blvd and a second campus in Tierrasanta. 10881 Tierrasanta Blvd.
